Our groups are accompanied throughout the tour. Tour Directors make sure that all arrangements run smoo-
thly. They are knowledgeable and provide guided tours and commentaries whenever required. Security is an important part of their work and they are there to both support and advise Party Leaders. Party Leaders can concentrate on the care of their pupils, rather than the day-to-day organisation of the tour. Instead of simply making arrangements and providing an itinerary ‘European Connections’ takes an active part in the holiday. Tour Directors are on hand throughout to guide excursions and make sure that all arrangements run smoothly. Their invaluable assistance and the added security that they provide is part of the inclusive cost.

Local knowledge and experience
We often help other school groups trying to find a restaurant, or to sort out the entrance to a site etc. With the assistance of our knowledgeable Tour Directors you will always be on the ‘fast track.’

Medical Emergencies, Problems and ‘Back Up’
With the numbers of participants that we take each year it is certain that we will have to deal with medical and other emergencies. In such a situation our Tour Director is able to assist the Party Leader, freeing a member of staff to stay with and help the participant in difficulty. They are equipped with mobile telephones in direct contact with our offices. Here, we are in a strong position to liaise, advise and make arrangements.

Flexibility
With the assistance of our Tour Director, changes to the itinerary can be made at short notice.

Giving an example of just one country – in France we run tours to Paris, Normandy, Brittany, Poitiers, Carcasonne, Toulouse, Aix -en-Provence and for good measure, for our Language Tours, we even cross over into Switzerland and run tours in Montreux by Lake Geneva and Villars in the Swiss Alps. So, if you have an idea in mind, just let us know and we will produce a suggested itinerary, with hotel, catering etc. included within two working days.
