Financial security
• We are fully bonded and secured financially with an ATOL license Tour Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. This means that your payments are safe and secure. It also implies a duty of care that we take very seriously.
• Our tours are insured for public liability to five million pounds.
• We have a thirty year proven record of stability.

Tour Security
Every aspect of each tour we offer is carefully rated for safety.
At the start of the booking process we not only send you a suggested itinerary, but also a preliminary safety assessment in the form of a booklet.
As the date of departure approaches, we will refine this assessment into a final statement.
We send groups with tour guides who are sympathetic, experienced and knowledgeable.

Risk assessments
At the beginning of the booking process Part Leaders receive an initial safety assessment for their tour. Prior to their departure a detailed risk assessment is prepared covering all aspects of the tour, such as hotel and transport services.

Accompanied tours
Our Tour Directors see to the organisation of the tour. They are on hand to offer guided tours and commentaries. Their participation means that teachers can concentrate on the care of their students, knowing that the day to day running of their tour is in safe hands.
We bring a detailed knowledge of tour locations and visits. . Our specialist local knowledge means that your group's educational needs will be met exactly.
At a time when the pressure on teachers’ time has never been so great, we undertake the time consuming aspects of organisation and preparation.
We are on hand to advise and support staff throughout, from the first contact to the post holiday analysis.

Our ‘duty of care.’
As ATOL bonded agents we have a duty of care to all our clients. We take this very seriously and can back this up with many practical examples. During the recent ash cloud crisis one of our groups was waiting in Pisa Airport for their return flight. We placed this group in the four star Hotel Ricasoli in Florence for two nights. In the meantime, we organised a coach from London to drive out to Italy over night. The drivers rested during the next day and then drove the group back via the ferry that we had booked from Calais.

Return rate
We have a return rate of 85 % and we welcome staff to contact recent Party Leaders to gain an objective view of our tours.

Free staff places
We offer free staff places on our tours with a ratio of one free place for each eight paying with tours by coach and one free place for each nine paying for tours by air.

Tailor Made Itineraries
Holiday details are determined by Party Leaders. Tours are designed to match subject interests and National Curriculum requirements.

Tour Organisation
We make life easier for Party Leaders. Each tour is allocated a professional Tour Organiser who will see to the organisation of your tour in detail.

Tour Planning Data
For each tour your Tour Organiser will establish an organisation chart. Each time this is updated, a copy is sent to the Party Leader so that they are kept fully informed.
